Allan Horthaw ref

This is Allan Horthaw. Another Drake created by AGR in the DX Program. Like many before him, he was a castaway to life. His parents died at an early age, and he's been on his own ever since. Taken by AGR at 19, he was transformed into a Drake, and numbered as DX3897. He stayed at the AGR Facility outside Philadelphia Pennsylvania for just over a year with his paired mate Leona (which I'll draw sometime later). Although paired, the two would not produce any children while in AGR custody. After a couple of years living off of hardship checks, Allan became amung the first Hybrids to enlist in the US Military. By the time of FoI2, he makes Staff Sgt., and is in control of a squad.
