This sucker is designed to operate deep in 0.0 space, as designed, it also has two turret slots to fight off potential small threats, but lacks the capability to fight off a organized attack. Instead, it's designed around the idea of fleeing from a fight, and with a low sig radius, and powerful warp drive, it can speed away from most engagements if required. The carrying capacity (by my estimates) is about 1200 cubic meters. although final judgments will be left up to CCP personnel.
