She gave me artistic freedom for this one, so I drew her character as a sort of Empress. I dressed her in something royally appropriate, as well as giving her a dragon-ish themed scepter.
Take heed everyone, she doesn't take well to bull crap, the last guy to hit on her became BBQ, and then ordered to be beheaded...
Though it is just a portrait/bust the regal nature of the stance with the arch of the back and proud lift of the chin helps suggest the character is an empress as suggested in the title. The form is feminine without being overly showy. The outfit design is interesting and stately while again hinting at femininity. I love the color scheme over all. The ring about her horn and the bracelet have a metal look to them helping with different textures and the curve at the back of the dragon staff's neck, though the rest of the staff falls a little flat and might need more highlights to it. The sheer/diaphanous hint to the gown is well depicted without being overly sexual and more sensual and lady-like.
Beautiful work! I thought you did a good job on the clothing, it's pretty yet dignified at the same time. The dragon themed scepter was a nice touch too.
After seeing this, if I can figure out how the DA point system works, I'd have you do a render of Empress Vicolshiar.
